Please Note:

Stallholders to provide gazebos, trestles and table cloths for trestles.
Festival will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather (notified on website by 7am)
In the case of cancellation due to extreme weather a refund of $40 will apply
Returning Registration of Interest Form does not guarantee a place, stall holders will advised of a confirmed space by 7th September, 2012.
